Everyone is talking about the diaper disposal plant that will be built in Salanetti. An initiative by RetiAmbiente, funded by the PNRR through the Ministry of the Environment, aimed at creating 12 such facilities across Italy. For months, opponents of the project have been voicing their doubts and concerns. To better understand the matter, we spoke with Marcello Somma, CEO of i-Foria, the start-up that owns the technology behind the plant.
