The recycling plant for absorbent hygiene products in Messina will be built using technology developed by i-Foria Italia, a leading company in innovative technologies for the bioeconomy, as part of Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
The construction of the new facility, dedicated to the treatment and recovery of absorbent hygiene products (PAP), at the former waste incinerator in Contrada Pace represents an important step forward in the development of a circular approach to waste management in the Messina area.
